Stylebook provides technology that connects businesses with their customers. Stylebook does not own, operate, or control the businesses using the platform.

All intellectual property rights relating to Stylebook, including software code, platform design, user interface, branding, logos, features, documentation, and technology are owned by or licensed to Duct Digitals LTD. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Stylebook without prior written permission from Duct Digitals LTD. Businesses using Stylebook retain ownership of their own business information, service descriptions, images, and content uploaded to the platform.
4. Service Relationship
Stylebook acts as a technology provider that enables businesses to manage bookings and connect with customers. Duct Digitals LTD is not responsible for: • The quality of services provided by businesses. • Disputes between businesses and customers. • Customer satisfaction with services received. • Pricing decisions made by businesses. • Business cancellations or appointment-related issues. Any agreement for beauty services exists directly between the customer and the business.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
Duct Digitals LTD collects and processes information required to provide Stylebook services. This may include: • Business account information. • Booking details. • Customer information provided during bookings. • Service and availability information. Duct Digitals LTD handles personal information according to applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), and our Privacy Policy.
